What is the difference from Fire Warden training?
The refresher is more compact and focuses on updating knowledge rather than building it up from scratch. It assumes prior completion of the initial training.
When should the refresher take place?
An interval of three to five years since the last training or refresher is recommended.
What content is covered?
Current fire protection regulations, behavior in the event of fire, evacuation procedures, raising the alarm, and practical exercises with fire extinguishers.
Is the refresher legally required?
Employers must ensure that fire wardens have up-to-date knowledge. Regular refreshers are recommended by ASR A2.2 and the DGUV.
How long does the refresher take?
Depending on scope, the refresher usually takes between 2 and 4 hours, including a practical extinguishing exercise.
Can the training also take place at our company?

Do participants receive proof of attendance?
Yes, after successful participation all attendees receive a certificate of attendance as proof for your occupational safety records.
